SNOW!

Two very exciting things... First, Anana is home from California! And he brought lots of awesome treats with him, because RaraAvis is amazing.

Also... SNOW! Snow is a Big Deal here in Virginia Beach. We might get one snow a year, and it's usually somewhere in the one to two inch range, but we flip the heck out over it.

That's off our balcony at the apartment. (I put down a washcloth so they wouldn't get wet!)

Anana is wearing his ADORABLE new hat, boots, and gloves (except one fell off, oops) made by RaraAvis, plus a cute little pin from the Golden Gate Bridge!

Tonight after work, I plan to help them make little snowmen and snow angels! We might even have a snowball fight... 

Heading Out

Anana is on his way to Cali now! I dropped him off at the nearest post office (which happens to be inside an old-timey hardware store that is just adorable!). Here he is on our way there:

He also has a little gift for his hostess, RaraAvis, but I left that out of the photo so she can be surprised.

(And I still have "Going Back to Cali" stuck in my head.)

Pre-Trip: Anana Introduction

This is Anana the anthropomorphic pineapple, and he is so excited to be going to California soon!

He will be packing his bag soon, and ready to get on the road tomorrow!
